This baker originated from Leon (Spain) is a re-known professional with a wide background in the craft baking and pastry sector.
Nowadays, Florindo is collaborating with our milling partner Molinos del Duero (Zamora, Spain) and is leading baking trainings in multiple locations nationally inclusing baking schools, distributor's premises, but also at the mill.
Florindo has been among the first Spanish bakers to work with Tritordeum flours, and acquired a long experience on how to bake successful products with this new flour.

This baker originated from France is leading the product development of our milling partner Farinera Coromina (Girona, Spain).
Nowadays, Jérôme is active in training customers at the mill's baking facility called Obrador Can Trull, as well as organizing baking trainings in multiple locations nationally including baking schools and distributor's premises.
Jérôme has become a master in the use of Tritordeum flours in retarded fermentation process.
