About Vivagran
Vivagran is the company managing Tritordeum. The company is based in Spain (Barcelona and Córdoba), as well as in the Netherlands (Sittard).
Vivagran is a consumer-driven cereal-based biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing high-value branded cereals.
The company is in charge of the development of new Tritordeum varieties, production, distribution and licensing of the technology to third parties worldwide.
Team

Etienne Vassiliadis
Etienne Vassiliadis is the CEO of the company, based in Barcelona (Spain). Etienne is managing the value-chain of Tritordeum in Spain (seed/grain production, distribution and quality management), as well business development and corporate communication.

Wiro Nillesen
Wiro Nillesen is the CFO of the company, based in Sittard (The Netherlands). Wiro is active in International business development, academic collaborations and joint ventures. He is also managing the value-chains in Northern Europe.

Alba Martinez
Alba Martinez is an expert in plant breeding, and has been involved in the Tritordeum project since it start. She is managing the breeding program, the out-sourced multi-locations field trials, the agronomic support in our seed/grain production, and management of germplasm bank and samples shipments.

Cristobal Martinez
Cristobal Martinez participated in the development of primary lines of Tritordeum, and went over 4 expeditions to collect manually the lines of Hordeum chilense originated from Latin America. Cristobal is giving agronomic support to our farmers, helps Alba in the pre-basal seed multiplication and field trials in Córdoba.

Chris Walsh
Chris Walsh is owner of Neesh Foods, the Australian company in charge of Tritordeum development in Asia-Pacific region. Chris is a senior agronomist and advisor.
