Ingredients: TRITORDEUM flour (34.2%), water, WHEAT flour (17.6%), sourdough (WHEAT flour and water), corn flour (5.1%), salt, OAT flakes (1.1%), WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT fiber, yeast, and flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
