Ingredients: water, WHEAT flour (30%), TRITORDEUM flour (20%), semi-cured goat CHEESE (6.5%) [pasteurized goat MILK, calcium chloride, lysozyme (derived from EGG), LACTIC cultures, rennet, salt, wine, honey, spices], sourdough (WHEAT flour and water), honey, salt, PISTACHIOS (1%) (TREE NUTS), WHEAT GLUTEN, WHEAT fiber, yeast, and flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
